My Approach

When I work with you in a therapy setting, my approach is integrative, which means that I use evidence based techniques and modalities like Cognitive Behavior Techniques, Accaptance & Commitment Therapy, Person centered and Reflective approach.  I have a deep understanding of different cultural identities and keep them in perspective when working with people.  Being an Expat myself and with South East Asian roots, I truly understand what it means to live and work outside your home country.

In my sessions, I am approachable and friendly. In a gently challenging way, I help people develop more flexible ways of thinking about themselves, their difficulties, and others. I care deeply about my clients, and their well-being is very important to me and this is at the heart of everything I do and every decision I make.

  • Individual session is 45-50 minutes each 
  • I work with Adults who are Expats, NRIs, PhD Students, LGBTQ+
  • Sessions are available in-person & online in English & Hindi Language
  • Appointments available for individuals based in Luxembourg, Europe, U.K or India
  • Fees: 100€ / 80£ / 3000₹ per session
  • No shows for therapy sessions are chargeable
